inContext Special Interest Group

Working environments are increasingly demanding higher dynamic forms of collaboration. To meet the requirements of multi-team working, inContext is developing a scientific approach to blend human collaboration requirements with service-oriented systems.

In addressing this issue, inContext is exploring novel techniques and algorithms for mining human activities and providing context-relevant services, at the right time, to partners in various organisations.

You are invited to view the outputs of the inContext research project at the Special Interest Group meeting on 6th December at the Vienna University of Technology. This event will:

Set the scene for inContext with a summary of the project background and current position
Demonstrate technological advancements made in the first 18 months of the project
Present details of both the commercial and scientific exploitation plan
Discuss licensing issues
Give an opportunity to provide feedback in an open discussion
